Sales Diagnostic

We believe there are 5 key components of a sales system. For a sales system to evolve beyond individual ‘rainmakers’, these components need to align to deliver your sales objective. This sales diagnostic is designed to provide a high level view of how each component of your sales system is stacked. It is based on our experience of working with 100+ B2B organizations across India. It will provide you a high level view into which components need to be worked upon to create a predictable sales engine. Please bear in mind that the complexity of a sales system cannot always be captured through a questionnaire. This diagnostic will however provide some direction of how you should think about improving your sales system.

This questionnaire has six parts. It should take you about 10-15 min to complete. You might not have accurate answers to some of the questions. Please provide your best estimation in such cases.
